SWB are here to help you maintain your home or office. We work Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm. (Weekend handymen are be available by special arrangement at a higher rate)

Our handymen are all multi traders – you will not be charged a higher rate for general plumbing or electrical work we can ‘do it all.’
Our handymen are always punctual. You can save money by grouping jobs together and booking a half or full day. We do charge extra for parking or congestion if applies in this area. Please have a list ready for us with jobs prioritised – this way we can work most efficiently.
You can arrange for regular maintenance visits. SWB handymen are always smart and presentable in branded shirts. We are experienced at quietly working in your office with minimal disruption and leaving no mess. We will always try to ensure the same handyman calls to your office each time.
We are proud to offer all UK registered charities 10% off our labour rates. (excludes materials) You will only pay for the time we are there with no hidden costs. We are also happy to leave you an invoice with 30 day payment terms. Call for more details about what we can do for you.
